Honda Malaysia opens BR-V booking

PETALING JAYA: Honda Malaysia has started taking orders for the much-awaited BR-V full 7-seater crossover ahead of its official launch in the first quarter of 2017.

Bookings can be made at all 88 Honda authorised dealers nationwide.

The BR-V (also known as Bold Runabout Vehicle) which was specially developed for Asean, was first launched in Indonesia followed by Thailand, India and the Philippines where it was well-accepted.

Featuring the space of a multi-purpose vehicle and styling of a SUV, the BR-V promises to meet the demands of the Malaysian market in the 7-seater segment.

The BR-V will particularly appeal to families who desire the ruggedness and functionality of a SUV but still require the space for a growing family.

Powered by Honda’s 1.5L i-VTEC engine with an output of 120PS, the BR-V is the most powerful vehicle of its segment.

Drivers enjoy a high viewpoint with the highest ground clearance in the segment at 201mm.

The trendy exterior is further enhanced with Daytime Running Light (DRL) and 16-inch Dual Tone Alloy wheels.

Other practical features are reverse camera and sensors.

Its class-leading boot space of 223 litres with all seats up can be expanded to 539 litres when the third row seats are folded.

Seats are designed for multi-configuration, enabling the space to be easily adjusted for the users’ convenience.

The second row seats adjusts with an easy One Touch Tilt & Tumble in a 60:40 configuration while the third row seats comes in a 50:50 split configuration and Full Tumble.

Comforts of passengers are enhanced with leather seats and rear air-conditioning.
