SEOUL: Kia has announced its new Kia Optima for the European market. The new vehicle will be unveiled at the 66th International Motor Show in Frankfurt, Germany on Sept 15.

The fourth-generation Optima will offer a newly refined interior, contemporary design and the latest technology for a top of the range vehicle. It will also offer easier handling for better driving comfort and an improved transmission system for reduced emissions.

The latest Optima will be available in petrol and diesel versions, with a rechargeable hybrid version coming in the future. It will be released to the European market in the last trimester of 2015.
