MIRI: Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) has launched a Nissan 3S (sales, service and spare parts) centre in Miri.
It is the company's 21st such centre in the country.
The new RM1mil 3S centre offers customers in Miri the ease of being able to test drive and buy Nissan vehicles, get them serviced, and obtain spare parts – all under one roof.
The ETCM Miri 3S centre has a built-up of 18,648 sq ft, with a showroom can display six cars, while the service centre has five service bays with the capacity to service up to 30 cars per day.
The 3S Centre is manned by 20 certified sales professionals and six technicians.
This facility also has a lounge and refreshment bar complete with WiFi connectivity.
The opening ceremony was officiated by Miri mayor Lawrence Lai Yew Son, who was accompanied by ETCM executive director Datuk Dr Ang Bon Beng.
