The upgrade comes in two forms: the RM16,960 Nismo Performance Package and the RM6,201 Nismo Aero Package. It is available for all variants of the Teana in five body colours – Storm Blue, Brilliant White, Diamond Black, Tungsten Silver and Bronze Gold.
Sport springs offer improved grip with a lowering of the car by 30mm.
The upgrade is factory fitted and comes with three years or 100,000km warranty (whichever comes first).
Orders for the upgrade are accepted from today with deliveries in January.
Edaran Tan Chong Motor sells two variants of the Teana in three trims. The Teana 2.5XV has a maximum power output of 173hp with torque of 234Nm while the 2.0XL and 2.0XE delivers a maximum power output of 136hp and 190Nm torque.
The upgrade was unveiled by Nismo racing drivers Tsugio Matsuda and Ronnie Quintarelli at a media preview at the Nissan dealership in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
Also present at the event were Nissan Motorsports International Co, Ltd sales and marketing general manager Masato Hoshi and Edaran Tan Chong Motor sales and marketing director Christopher Tan.
