KUALA LUMPUR: To ignite the Year of the Fire Monkey, Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) introduced a blazing new colour option – Flaming Red, for the Nissan X-Trail.
A solid red in a gloss finish, the Flaming Red X-Trail adds a fiery touch to one of Malaysia’s best-selling SUVs.
“With the introduction of this new colour option, we believe that it adds vibrancy to the Nissan X-Trail, just in time for Chinese New Year. Red is an emotionally intense colour – it is the colour of love and fire, and is associated with passion. For the Chinese, red symbolises luck, prosperity and happiness. The Flaming Red X-Trail that is red in colour, coupled with its premium styling, off-road capabilities and ground-breaking technologies is a strong statement to showcase an energetic, adventurous and dynamic personality,” said ETCM director of marketing and product planning Tan Keng Meng.
Available only in limited units, the X-Trail in Flaming Red is priced at RM159,164.06 for the 2.5L 4WD, and RM136,976.96 for the 2.0L 2WD (on-the-road prices including GST without insurance).
The X-Trail comes with three years or 100,000km warranty (whichever comes first).
ETCM has also introduced the ‘Drive to Prosperity’ Chinese New Year Campaign which runs till the end of January 2016 until Chinese New Year, where customers who purchase and register a Nissan car during the promotional campaign period will have the opportunity to win SHARP home and electrical appliances worth more than RM128,888.
