SHAH ALAM: Puspakom is offering free inspection services in conjunction with the Chinese New Year. The free inspection services runs from today until Jan 27.
Puspakom chief executive officer Mohammed Shukor Ismail said the inspection could be done at all its centres nationwide, except for Shah Alam, Taman Bukit Maluri, Mak Mandin and Kota Baru branches.
"The inspection will cover a comprehensive 25-level check including brake, side slip test, speedometer test, emission test and lamps.
"Following the report issued by Puspakom, the owners can find out the roadworthiness of their vehicles and take the necessary action...this can also reduce the possibility of breakdown and accident during the festive season," he said in a statement here.
Mohammed Shukor also said vehicle owners could visit Puspakom branches from 8am to 5pm daily (according to branch operating hours) without having to wait or make prior appointment.

Meanwhile, Mohammed Shukor said Puspakom is holding a "Snap & Win" contest where customers could stand a chance to win prizes.

"The 'Super Grand Prize' winner will be determined based on the highest number of 'Likes' he or she receives," he said.
