KUALA LUMPUR: Volkswagen's latest 34,030 square feet 3S (sales, service and spare-parts) centre opened today in Semenyih.

The new centre looks to cater to additional customers from around the Southern Klang Valley consisting of Kajang, Balakong, Putrajaya and Niali.

The new RM10.7mil facility - operated by HICOM Auto Sdn Bhd, is the fourth showroom to officially launch, which can fit up to eight display vehicles.

Furthermore, it possesses 11 service bays manned by 12 aftersales staff and has been equipped with a customer lounge, complimentary computer terminals and a café bar counter.

Also, customers may schedule in an appointment for the new centre's complementary pick-up and drop-off services for added convenience.

Operating hours for the first continental car brand in the Semenyih area is from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 7.00pm; weekends and Public Holidays from 10,00am to 5.00pm for its showroom; and aftersales services are from Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 5:30pm.

As an added bonus, new vehicles bought from Volkswagen Semenyih will also receive a DRB-HICOM Elite Card, which is a multi-merchant loyalty programme aimed at providing assistance and exclusive benefits to members through redeemable products and services, discounts and assistance.
