BATU PAHAT: Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM), along with SP Supreme Autohaus announced the launch of the only VW 3S (Sales, Service and Spare parts) Centre in northern Johor.
The new RM6.5mil facility spans out 25,000 sq ft facility and is able to display up to five cars at the front, while the rear houses its service centre with six service bays.
For convenience, there's a customer lounge that comes with free Wi-Fi connection, a café with complimentary light refreshments and a TV for entertainment.
The sales and showroom section of the centre operates daily from 9.00am to 6.00pm. Aftersales services are available Monday to Friday from 9.am to 4.00pm. Both sales and aftersales are closed on Public Holidays.
With the location of the new centre, it is now able to expand its reach to other areas such as Muar, Kluang, Yong Peng and Segamat, among others, with further plans to open another centre in Permas Jaya in February.
“As part of our efforts together with our dealer partners to continuously improve and boost infrastructure, we hope that this addition will further enhance the ownership experience of our customers in Batu Pahat and the surrounding areas," said VPCM managing director Erik Winter.
