SUBANG JAYA: Soon Seng Truck and Parts Sdn Bhd (SSTP) has opened a new Hino authorised service outlet (HASO) in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
The new HASO will provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for Hino commercial vehicles.
The outlet delivers Hino-standard diagnostics, structured technician training, and transparent communication, ensuring consistent service quality and fast turnaround.
The facility spans 20,000 sq ft, with 17 service bays to handle a wide range of maintenance and repair work.
Located within a industrial and logistics hub, this outlet primarily serves logistics, retail distribution, and warehouse clients in the Subang area.
Customers can enjoy a waiting lounge equipped with Wi-Fi, refreshments, and a prayer room.
The branch is supported by 15 workshop staff, including foremen, mechanics, clerks, and apprentices, and four parts staff who maintain an organised and sufficient stock of genuine Hino parts to minimise downtime and enhance vehicle reliability.
The grand opening was recently officiated by leaders from Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (HMSM), including managing director Hiroshi Takahashi, director Ahmad Yasmin Yahya, and chief operating officer Chan Ing Chyi, alongside SSTP’s leadership team including after sales director Samson Chan, business development director Edmund Chan and general manager Ling Kui Loong.
Hino and SSTP have been in partnership for over 40 years, dating back to 1974, when the company first began as an authorised Hino spare parts distributor in Seremban.
In 2008, SSTP was upgraded to a 3S (sales, service, spare parts) centre in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
SSTP later established another branch in Balakong. The new Subang Jaya outlet now marks the company’s latest milestone.

Looking ahead, SSTP aims to further strengthen its after-sales network by investing in technician upskilling, advanced diagnostics capability, and smart parts inventory planning to ensure seamless service support.
SSTP Subang Jaya branch is located at Lot 891-A, Jalan Subang 9, Taman Perindustrian Subang, 47610 Subang Jaya, Selangor.
It operates from Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
