2018 Mazda CX-9 update: Apple CarPlay and Android Auto/360-degree View Monitor

SHAH ALAM: Local Mazda distributor has upgraded the CX-9 with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 360-degree View Monitor.

With Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, drivers and passengers can access phone applications via the MZD Connect infotainment system through a simple USB connection.

Using the Mazda Commander Control, users can easily switch between different user interfaces and manage different capabilities.

Meanwhile, the 360-degree View Monitor utilizes four separate cameras to give the driver an accurate picture of the car and its surroundings by showing all sides of the vehicle during parking and reversing manoeuvres.

The mid-year 2018 updated Mazda CX-9 also comes with ventilated front seats that direct air through the seat unto its occupant for increased comfort.

The 2018 Mazda CX-9 Skyactiv-G 2.5-litre Turbo (CBU) selling price starts from RM288,610.40 (OTR without insurance) and are available in five colour choices: Machine Grey, Snowflake White Pearl, Deep Crystal Blue, Sonic Silver and Jet Black.

All new Mazda vehicles registered will enjoy 5 Years/100,000km Manufacturing Warranty and 3 Years/60,000km Free scheduled Maintenance (includes labour, parts, and lubricants).

The 5 Years Manufacturing Warranty and 3 Years Maintenance applies to all models except the BT-50 pickup.

Owners can also apply for the Mazda Privilege Card which entitles them to 15% discount on Mazda Genuine Spare Parts, 5%% discount on labour cost and 15% discount on Mazda official merchandise at participating outlets.
