KLANG: Mercedes-Benz dealer NZ Wheels Sdn Bhd recently hosted a Mercedes-Benz Accident Management Insurance Workshop at the NZ Wheels Klang Autohaus here.
The workshop, attended by over 80 insurance and adjuster personnel, was held together with Mercedes-Benz Malaysia.
The workshop featured an interactive agenda with information sharing and live demonstration sessions to showcase the latest Mercedes-Benz Pre-Safe and Safety Features as well as the latest Mercedes-Benz body and paint repair process including the techniques, technologies and cost estimation tools.
Daimler AG senior accident management specialist Andreas Roehl came from Germany to demonstrate the latest body and paint repair techniques to the workshop participants.
The Mercedes-Benz Accident Management Total Solution programme is a means to reassure customers that the brand, dealers and support staff are able to offer the full range of post-accident services such as 24-hour roadside assistance, towing service, insurance claim settlement and factory-standard repairs and painting.
