Bentley Residences to spring up in Miami, come 2026

LONDON: Following in the footsteps of Aston Martin, Bentley Motors plans to develop its first ever Bentley-branded luxury residential tower in the world: Bentley Residences.

South Florida-based property developer Dezer Development will partner with Bentley to design and build the tower, working with architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects.

Construction would only start in early 2023 and be finished in 2026.

It is being designed in accordance with the Florida Green Building Council (FLGC) certification to ensure maximum protection of the local environment and its wildlife.

Bentley Residences would contain more than 200 luxury apartments. The building would stand at 749 feet and over 60 stories high - a prominent figure on Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach coastline and the tallest residential tower on any US beachfront.

Not by sheer coincidence is another car-themed condo project, also in Miami. Aston Martin made the first move with its Aston Martin Residences  in 2017 ; it is due for completion in 2022.

Bentley said environmentally-safe building materials would be used, and reduced coastal lighting implemented to protect endangered sea turtles. The building will be built to reduce energy consumption.

Each unit would include a multi-car garage – the ultimate statement in exclusivity and privacy. Every apartment would offer unique ocean and bayside views, thanks to the building’s cylindrical form and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Homes would also have a private balcony, pool, sauna and outdoor shower. Interior amenities would include a gym, spa, whisky bar and restaurant.
