Made entirely in Japan, the parts include a front lip, side skirts, rear diffuser and a rear spoiler.
The rear spoiler is available now for the coupe while the cabriolet's version is in development.
3D Design said the rear diffuser for both models offers enough clearance for both the original and its own exhaust system.
The tuner has also thrown on some of its own newly designed wheels with blue accents to match the body colour.
In addition, the body gets a coil-over suspension system and sports new body stripes (available for both coupe and cabriolet).
The cabin features a new steering wheel and upgraded paddle shifters in a choice of aluminium or carbon fibre.
At present, 3D Design is working on aero parts for the 8 Series Gran Coupe that will also get a lavish dose of carbon fibre parts.
