Briton's Harley stolen at JB mall

JOHOR BARU: A Briton lost his red-coloured Harley Davidson motorcycle when it was stolen at a popular shopping mall in Taman Bukit Indah here.

Iskandar Puteri OCPD Asst Comm Dzulkhairi Mukhtar said that police received a report from the 76-year-old victim at around 5.35pm on Saturday.

"The victim parked and locked his Singapore-registered motorcycle, FBB 3333 K, at the shopping mall at around 12.30pm on the same day.

"However, when he wanted to leave the premises at around 4.30pm, he found his Harley Davidson CVO (Custom Vehicle Operations) Ultra Red gone, where he believed it had been stolen," ACP Dzulkhairi said here today.

He said the loss incurred by the victim, who works as a company director, was around S$30,000 (RM90,590).

He urged those with any information relating to the incident to contact the Iskandar Puteri police district hotline number at 07-5113622 or the Johor police hotline number at 07-2212999, or lodge a report at the nearest police station.
