KUALA LUMPUR: Prestige CarCare is offering complimentary emergency services to all Covid-19 frontliners.
These include doctors, health workers, policemen and Rela volunteers whose cars have broken down within the Klang Valley during the March 18-April 14 movement control order (MCO).
Jump-starting batteries and changing tyres are among the free services provided. Although Prestige CarCare focuses on continental cars, its special offer is open to Asian makes and other non-continental marques as well.
The company said its mechanics would be on standby 24/7 to cater to requests. It assured that its team would practise proper hygiene when attending to those in need.
To get the free service, the frontline workers should follow the steps below:
> Call the Prestige CarCare Helpline at 010-276 1163 in case of a breakdown within the Klang Valley
> State the issue faced and the car’s condition
> Provide any form of identification via a picture sent to Whatsapp to verify that you are a front-liner
> Upon verification, a mechanic will be on his way to assess the situation and provide emergency aid.
Kuala Lumpur-based Prestige CarCare was set up in 2010 to handle the service and maintenance of continental cars. The cars it has worked on include luxury brands such as those from Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Range Rover and Porsche.
Apart from the main workshop in Jalan Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur, Prestige CarCare also has a second workshop in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
