Cycle & Carriage Bintang PJ upgraded

PETALING JAYA: Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn Bhd together with its authorised dealer, Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad (CCB), unveiled the newly upgraded CCB Autohaus located at Lot 19, Jalan 51A/219, Petaling Jaya.

Measuring 150,210sq ft, it accomodates 21 showroom vehicles and a work bay capacity for 40 Mercedes-Benz passenger cars for general and specialised repair solutions. It is managed by 36 retail staff and 79 after-sales staff.

A total of RM43mil was invested into the showroom which displays the latest Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity (CI) aimed at enhancing the customer experience.

“Our CI is a fundamental aspect of this pursuit of excellence and a key component in the Mercedes-Benz DNA. The CI is also instrumental in maintaining a significant and identifiable presence throughout our dealer network which is why our partners, Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad and their relentless enthusiasm for the brand has been so valued,” said Mercedes-Benz Malaysia president and chief executive officer, Dr Claus Weidner.

Also present were Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad chief executive officer Datuk Wong Kin Foo and Mercedes-Benz Malaysia vice president, sales and marketing passenger cars, Mark Raine.

Built with customer comfort in mind, it features an extended customer lounge area with a vertical garden. In addition, its latest i-Showroom includes digital touch screens for customers to gain a better understanding of Mercedes-Benz product features and sales processes.

“We remain committed to the growth of Mercedes-Benz in Malaysia and after this, will be introducing our newly renovated Autohaus in Georgetown, Penang. Our present showroom in Jalan Tun Razak will be relocated to the trendiest location at TREC KL by the end of February. By the middle of this year, CCB will open its 12th Autohaus in the country at Cheras.

“Our dedication towards delivering exceptional customer experiences continues with another RM30mil investment over the next two years to upgrade our Autohauses in Alor Setar, Bukit Tengah, Juru, Ipoh, Mutiara Damansara and Johor Bahru,” said Wong.

Currently, CCB has a presence in 11 locations nationwide with seven 3S Autohauses, two 1S showrooms and two 2S service centres.
