KUALA LUMPUR: The retail price of RON97 petrol will decrease by three sen per litre, to RM3.02, from Dec 2 to Dec 8, says the Finance Ministry.
In a statement today, it said the retail price of RON95 petrol and diesel would remain unchanged at RM2.05 and RM2.15 per litre respectively over the same period.
The statement also said that the government will continue to monitor the trend of global crude oil prices, and take appropriate measures.
