KUALA LUMPUR: Ducati Malaysia  has announced its commitment to bring in a complete product line-up, provide more merchandise and services related to the brand.

“For almost 17 years, we have been very proud to provide Malaysians a chance to not only own Ducati motorcycles but also the lifestyle that comes along with the premium brand," said Naza World Group of Companies group executive chairman Datuk Wira SM Faisal Tan Sri SM Nasimuddin.

He added that the company has organised many rides and activities in the past to help grow the brand, while expanding its dealer network.

Currently in the pipeline, the company intends to lower the cost of ownership, while maintaining the premium and exclusivity of the brand as well as after sales and service levels.

Greater emphasis will also be placed on expanding the dealer network to help ensure their profitability and will also introduce additional facilities and planned activities from the Italian bike maker.

“The partnership (with Next Bike) has been quite fruitful over the span of about 17 years together, and we're expecting a great 2018 with the new model year products”, said Ducati regional director (Asia) Marco Biondi.

Five new models will be introduced at the upcoming Ducati 2018 World Premiere this weekend, which will be streamed live globally and this includes the highly anticipated Panigale V4.
