The new 5008 is currently available in Europe and comes with a bolder design language that's touted to be modern, stylish and elegant.
This 7-seat SUV possesses a redesigned front end, new full-LED rear lights (although the headlights are bulbed), new body colours and a new "Black Pack" option.
And depending on specifications, the 5008 will roll on wheel sizes ranging from 17 to 19-inch while at the rear resides a 952-litre boot - significantly larger than what's available in the 3008.
The third-row seats are removable and this can help to the boot further to 1,060 litres. By folding down the second-row seats, it will reveal a cavernous 2,150 litres of space.

Thanks to EuroNCAP and its five-star rating system, the 5008 has the usual inclusion of six-airbags, anti-lock braking system with electronic brakeforce distribution and emergency braking assist.
In addition, it also comes equipped with a speed-sensing central locking system, hazard light activation upon heavy braking, dynamic stability control and electronic anti-skid system.
For power, there are two petrol-powered engines there is are two options of a 1.2 and 1.6-litre turbocharged powerplants producing 131hp and 181hp respectively and both are managed by a standard eight-speed automatic although the 1.2 has a six-speed manual optional available.
In the diesel spectrum, the 5008 gets moving by either a 1.5 or 2.0-litre turbodiesel mill producing 131hp and 177hp respectively. The 1.5-litre mill can be optioned with six-speed manual transmission.
Prices for the 5008 ranges from £29,000 (RM160,000) to £42,000 (RM232,000).
