KUALA LUMPUR: Bridgestone has opened its first Select concept store in Malaysia with an aim to provide a premium service for those seeking new tyres.

The Bridgestone Select (B-Select) store is operated by Racing Z Tyre Sdn Bhd and is located on Jalan PDR 5, Kawasan Perniagaan Desa Ria, 43300, Balakong.

Services such as tyre fitment, balancing and alignment are offered and caters to vehicles ranging from compact cars, sedans, sports cars and even those utilising run-flat tyres.

The new B-Select store provides an open-concept air-conditioned waiting lounge, which comes equipped with refreshments and free Wifi-connection, to allow customers a view of the goings-on outside through the glass panels.

The company’s new approach to tyre retailing aims to provide a customer-friendly environment with more information and greater transparency - allowing customers to make a more informed decision.

Bridgestone says that it recognises how important is customer experience, which it hopes its new B-Select store will ensure a happy and satisfactory experience.

As part of the Japanese tyre-maker’s on-going nationwide campaign, customers who purchase four Bridgestone passenger or 4x4 tyres from its new B-Select store will be entitled to a complimentary RM40 Petronas Gift Card or Alain Delon backpack.

The first B-Select concept store was first introduced in Australia in 2006 and has now expanded its reach to other countries, including New Zealand, India, Vietnam, Singapore and South Korea.
