PETALING JAYA: GoCar, Malaysia’s leading on-demand mobility-as-a-service platform, has announced a flood relief programme for its GoCar Garage service offering additional assistance to those in need of car servicing and maintenance, starting from now until Jan 31 next year.
Through the programme, GoCar Garage is offering 25% off parts and labour.
To further help alleviate concerns about finances and accessibility to safe private transportation, GoCar is also offering free use of a GoCar Share vehicle for up to 14 days while the customer’s vehicle is in the service centre.
Those who need a car for a longer duration can opt for a subscription with 50% savings on selected GoCar Subs vehicles.
Both options are subject to availability and apply only to customers who sign up for the GoCar Flood Relief Programme.
Available for all passenger vehicle makes and models including pick-up trucks, the offers are applicable only at the GoCar Garage PJ Service Centre.
Customers can rest assured as GoCar will also assist with arrangements in the event any vehicle needs to be towed to the Garage.
Additionally, customers who are Maybank users can also take advantage of the Maybank Ezy Payment Plan to help ease their financial load as they will be able to fulfil their payments for service and maintenance work in monthly instalments.
GoCar Malaysia CEO Wong Hoe Mun said the company hoped the flood assist programme would provide some added relief and savings to customers and those in need of quality car servicing and maintenance.
