KUALA LUMPUR: Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) is offering a 50% discount on spare parts prices till Jan 31 for Mitsubishi vehicles damaged by the floods.
Only vehicles bought from authorised dealers of MMM can qualify for this special discount.
“We hope that this Flood Relief Program will help ease the burden of our customers through this difficult period,” said MMM acting chief executive officer Toshiyuki Okumura.
MMM, together with its authorised dealers, had also pledged RM50 each for every Mitsubishi vehicle that was registered in December 2014.
To date, a total of RM81,000 has been raised to support flood relief efforts.
This fund will be used to replenish necessities such as school supplies and household utilities.
MMM will also be holding a clean-up programme at flood-hit areas such as Kuala Krai and Tanah Merah in Kelantan, as well as Temerloh, Pahang to assist flood victims until January 10, 2014.
Triton Tuners Club (TTC), the official club for Mitsubishi Triton owners in Malaysia, is also supporting this initiative.
