The new centre, operated by Ang Trading, is staffed by Ford-certified technicians and has six service bays with the latest Ford diagnostic tools.
There are two dedicated Quick Lane bays to address vehicle maintenance and minor-repair needs in two hours or less, without the need to make an appointment.
This includes oil and filter changes, brake systems, tyres, minor exhaust system rectifications, tune-ups and alignments.
Customers can also enjoy a comfortable lounge with free Wi-Fi and hot beverages.
Ang Trading Batu Pahat is the longest running Ford dealer in Malaysia, having been in business since 1980.
The first 10 customers who book their vehicles after the recent official launch of the new centre get a free television each.
Also, customers who service their cars at the new centre get a free 10 point safety check, until February 28.
“This new facility is part of Ford and Sime Darby Auto Connexion's (SDAC) commitment to network expansion and customer service, with SDAC investing RM140 million over the next two years to upgrade existing Ford showrooms – as well as adding three new dealers to our current network,” said SDAC managing director Lee Eu San.
