SHAH ALAM: Haval distributor Go Auto has rolled out a fully synthetic engine oil that is touted to lubricate and protect petrol engines for up to 15,000km.

Go Auto said using the SAE 5W-40 SN oil would also lead to lower carbon monoxide emissions. The oil is now available at all Haval Malaysia service centres and retails at RM258 per pack.

“The oil reduces friction, resulting in quieter engines. It saves fuel as well as improve engine performance," said Go Auto chief executive officer Ahmad Azam Sulaiman, adding that Repsol formulated the oil, which is marketed under the Go Auto name.

At the ceremony, Go Auto also launched the Haval Club. “We have lined up several activities for our club members this year. They include a treasure hunt, giving food to the homeless and other programmes that will be announced soon,” said Ahmad Azam.

Go Auto sells the H1 and H2 compact SUVs in Malaysia. The H1 was previously known as M4.
