Honda Malaysia broadens after-sales reach and rewards owners

Honda Malaysia has opened two new centres to provide greater after-sales reach and convenience for its customers.

The 2S (service and spare Parts) is operated by Kah Motor Sdn Bhd in Cheng, Melaka, while the BP centre is operated by JM Motor Services Sdn Bhd in Penang.

According to Honda Malaysia, it is currently averaging over 100,000 monthly service intakes nationwide and the new centres are crucial in providing more locations and convenience for their customers.

“These two new 2S and Body & Paint Centres in Melaka and Penang will be able to cater to our customers there, providing an after-sales location nearer to them. The move to open 2S and BP Centres is part of our commitment to improve our service to customers, and to elevate the Joy of Buying for them,” said Honda Malaysia managing director and chief executive officer Katsuto Hayashi.

Also, the company will provide a petrol card for 1,500 Honda owners who take part in special contest from now until Aug 6 - one entry per vehicle registration number and excludes reconditioned Honda vehicles).

Participants will stand a chance to win cash-prizes from a RM300,000 pool by SMS-ing their answer to a true or false question (found at all authorised Honda Malaysia showrooms, official website and facebook page) along with details including car registration number, full name and Identity Card number to 39993.
