PENANG: Boon Siew Honda (BSH) has introduced its new four-stroke single-cylinder CBR250R.

The bike is available in three colours and comes priced with GST without road tax, insurance and registration at RM21,941 (Black) and RM22,259 (Millennium Red, Lemon Ice Yellow).

It is also accompanied by a two-year or 20,000km manufacturer's warranty (whichever comes first).

The bike uses a front telescopic suspension with a caster angle of 25.05-degrees and the rear has a pro-link suspension with a trail distance of 98mm - bringing the wheelbase to 1,380mm.

With a diamond frame chassis, the bike weighs in at 161kg (kerb) while measuring 2,035mm-long, 720mm-wide and 1,120mm-tall.

Power comes from a 250cc liquid-cooled four-stroke four-valved DOHC single-cylinder motor with a lubricating oil capacity of 1.8 litres that's fed by a 13.0-litre fuel tank.

In terms of performance, the motor will provide 27.1hp at 8,500rpm and 23.3Nm of torque at 7,500rpm, while being managed by a six-speed manual gearbox.
