Honda Malaysia: Seven Honda City units for the best slogan submissions

PETALING JAYA: For seven weeks, one lucky winner per week in Honda Malaysia's Joy of Buying campaign will each drive home the grand prize of a Honda City, the best-selling non-national sedan in its segment.

The campaign will run from 1 September 2018 until 31 October 2018.

Honda Malaysia will be giving away the prizes on a weekly basis, starting the third week of September 2018.

The Joy of Buying campaign is open to all Honda Malaysia customers who place a booking for new Honda cars (any model) between 1 August 2018 and 31 October 2018 and have it registered (for the same model) between 1 September 2018 and 31 October 2018.

All Honda Malaysia customers have to do is to answer how the slogan “The Power of Dreams” has changed their way of life, in not more than 50 words.

The answers can be in Bahasa Malaysia or English and submissions can be made on the Honda Malaysia official website, www.honda.com.my.

Winners will be chosen based on the most creative answers.

17 others will stand a chance to win a Sony Blu-ray Home Cinema System each as second prize and a total of 277 winners will win Honda Malaysia official merchandise as third prize.

The City has a 1.5-litre i-VTEC engine mated with Honda’s Earth Dreams Technology Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT).

In addition to the roomy legroom, the City has the biggest trunk space in its class at 536 litres.

The City also offers safety features such as Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA), Hill Start Assist (HSA), Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist (BA) and Emergency Stop Signal (ESS) across all variants.

Honda Malaysia recently recorded the highest number of registrations in its history with 12,808 cars registered in July 2018.

The City, Civic and Jazz were the best-selling models in that month at 36%, 19% and 16% respectively.

To date, Honda Malaysia’s CKD models which consist of the City, Jazz, HR-V, BR-V, CR-V, Accord and Civic are leaders in their respective segments.
