On the D-Max Diablo, most chromed items have been replaced with black or dark grey to match the pick-up truck’s Cosmic Black Mica body colour.
These include the grille, door handles, mirrors roof rails and rear bumper.
The D-Max Diablo also receives a body decal with an exclusive motif and a set of exclusive Lenso Beastly Black 17-inch alloy rims.
It also has a D-LOC lockable lid, which comes in body colour and features its own aero spoiler.
The D-Max Diablo has a boldly-coloured interior with Bloody Red premium Italian leather seats and centre arm rests, dark grey interior trim and piano-black door and central tunnel inserts.
Other features are specially-embroidered carpet mats and illuminated rocker plates.
There are also LED daytime running lights, a Blaupunkt multimedia entertainment system and a reverse camera.
The Isuzu D-Max Diablo is only available with an automatic transmission with either 2.5-litre or 3.0-litre engines.
Price tags (on the road with insurance) are RM110,189.60 (2.5-litre) and RM116,959.90 (3.0-litre).
