The centre is split into two locations, just slightly more than 3km separates the showroom located at No. 2G, Jalan Bandar 20, Pusat Bandar Puchong from the service and spare parts facility at Jalan TPP 6/8.
The service centre carries with it the full range of products and services to help cater to the needs of customers.
Following the opening of the new centre Isuzu Malaysia CEO Kenji Matsuoka stressed that it was imperative that customer satisfaction was tantamount if a business is to succeed.
Matsuoka was happy to share the company's few new measures, which will help to "provide advanced support" by including dispatch engineers for field service, along with streamlined policies for after sales process, parts distribution and growth.
"We are very proud of the effort by SV Prestige family in helping us build the Isuzu brand here and to expand our network," said Matsuoka.
