KLIMS’18: Take a drive ‘Down Memory Lane’

By RIZAL JOHAN | 28 November 2018

KUALA LUMPUR: An attraction at the Kuala Lumpur International Motorshow 2018 (KLIMS’18) is classic cars.

Aptly titled “Down Memory Lane”, it showcases vintage automobiles such as Cadillac Coupe DeVille, Ford Capri, Packard Clipper Deluxe, Chevrolet Impala, Renault Caravelle and a Rolls Royce Shadow II.

Businessman Jeff Phang travelled all the way from Penang just to attend KLIMS’18.

“I like cars and I like all the new cars here at the show. But these classic cars, from the 1950s, still stand out to this day.

“It’s nice to see some of the classics on display like the Ford Capri and Fiat 600, which I am familiar with, alongside the American muscle cars from the 50s and 60s like the Chevy Impala and the Cadillac Coupe DeVille on show,” said Phang.
