KUANTAN: Proton has officially opened its new 3S (Sales, Service and Spare parts) centre in Kuantan - making it the third dealer outlet in the state of Pahang to carry the company’s new corporate identity.

Operated by Pesat Auto CTM Sdn Bhd, the RM2.3mil facility is centrally located along the town’s main road and looks to boost sales by about 30%.

Service throughput could also possibly increase by 40% with the company's six bays and four hoists.

“What we are trying to do is to ensure that when a customer walks into a Proton outlet, they immediately feel the brand's experience," said Proton chief executive officer Dr Li Chunrong
