Priced on-the-road with GST without insurance, the C 43 is now RM90,000 more accessible at RM408,888, while the powerful GLC 43 luxury compact sport utility vehicle (SUV) gets a RM70,000 price dip to RM468,888.

The all-wheel-driven vehicles remain unchanged in terms of their respective offerings, including their 367hp / 520Nm 3.0-litre (2,996cc) twin-turbo V6 engine that's mated to an AMG-tuned nine-speed 9G-TRONIC gearbox (with paddle shifters) to help keep fuel consumption down and accelerative qualities up - allowing them to sprint from 0 to 100kph in 4.7 and 4.9 seconds respectively before reaching an electronically limited top speed of 250kph.
Hidden under their sheet metal are the AMG Dynamic Select system (Eco, Comfort, Sport, Sport+ and Individual), dedicated Manual mode, start-stop functionality, sailing function, speed-sensitive sports steering system, 360-degree camera footage, reverse-camera with dynamic guidelines, keyless-entry with push-start button, cruise control, powered tailgate with hands-free operation and parking pilot.
Inside, the cabin's notable mentions are its automatic dual-zone climate controls, Artico leather-Dinamica microfiber combination upholstered seats, front powered sports seats with four-way lumbar support and memory function, Burmester surround sound system, DVD player, touchpad controller, COMAND Online, AMG Line interior, rear powered-sunblind, rear door window roller sunblinds, stowage space package, AMG mats, combination black piano and trapeze-cut aluminium trim, ambient lighting, AMG door inserts and double cup holders
As for the GLC 43, it instead uses an AMG-tuned Air Body Control sports suspension system and gets fitted with larger 21-inch AMG five-twin spoke lightweight alloys, exterior chrome package, black roof rails, brushed-aluminium side running boards with rubber studs and an Easy-Pack load compartment cover.
In conjunction with the launch, the company took the opportunity to announce that Nabil Jeffri is its first Malaysian AMG brand ambassador.

At 24-years old, Nabil is currently the youngest F1 test driver and is taking part in the highly-acclaimed 24 Hours of Le Mans race after having garnered his experience from racing in the German Formula Three Championship - finishing second with Team Eurointernational in 2014, and in GP2 Series with British team Arden International, representing Malaysia at the Spanish Formula One Grand Prix in Barcelona.
