MODENA (Italy): Maserati's new Grecale sports utility vehicle (SUV) prototype has been photographed outside the Italian luxury carmaker's plant on Viale Ciro Menotti, Modena.

The employees were the first to release the images of Maserati's second SUV after the Levante on social networks.

Innovative by nature, Maserati decided to allow the photos of the new model to be shared exclusively with the Maserati family.



The prototype units are currently undergoing a period of intensive road, circuit and off-road tests, in various conditions to acquire vital data for the preparation of the SUVs final set-up.

The Grecale will be built at Cassino, Italy, where an investment of about 800 million Euros is planned.

The performance SUV is expected to make its World Premiere before the end of the year.
