Mazda introduces contactless servicing

By CARSIFU | 21 May 2020

SHAH ALAM: Bermaz Auto Group, has announced that it has fully resumed its service activities for Mazda vehicles and has implemented precautionary measures for its customers and employees to check the spread of Covid-19.

The sole distributor of the Japanese car brand in Malaysia has also carried out social distancing measures as outlined by the Ministry of Health.

As part of such measures, the company has introduced the Mazda Contactless Service where human contact is minimised.

The vehicle to be serviced will be disinfected before and after a scheduled service regardless whether the customer chose a Collect & Deliver Service or Mobile Service.

The Collect & Deliver Service (available at selected service centres via appointment only) is available to owners within a 10km radius from their pickup location.

The Mobile Service, first introduced in 2017, will have a Mazda service representative arrive at their customers' doorstep via appointment only.

On warranty, Mazda said that it has extended the warranty and free service maintenance by the same period of time from the start of the movement control order (March 18), and subsequent conditional movement control order, that's scheduled to end on June 9.
