The key change is the engine, which is now a 2.0-litre instead of the 1.5-litre previously.
PETALING JAYA: Mercedes-Benz Malaysia today introduced the enhanced C 200 Coupé AMG Line, with a new 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged engine under its hood.
Priced at RM336,129 replaces the previous C 200 AMG Line, which had a 1.5-litre EQ Boost engine, that was introduced locally in 2018.
The new entry-level dream car now produces more power with an output of 204hp (+20hp) and torque of 300Nm (+20Nm), with acceleration from 0-100kph in 7.2 seconds and a top speed of 245kph. Contrast that with the 7.9s sprint time and the 239kph top speed of the old version. The maximum torque also shows up much earlier in the rev band.
The C 200 Coupé is now equipped with the Mercedes me connect (Mmc) – improving the connection between driver and the vehicle.

The appearance of the AMG Line exterior underscored the sporty character of the C 200 Coupé AMG Line.
The diamond radiator grille, integrated with the three-pointed star and pins in chrome plus an AMG-specific front apron with new geometry gives it an individual character.
The black trim elements in the AMG rear apron accentuates the LED rear lamps. The 18-inch AMG 5-spoke light-alloy wheels also gives the C 200 Coupé a powerful styling element.
The inside of the C 200 Coupé is also packed with AMG Line features. They include the ARTICO leather upholstery, multifunction sports steering wheel in Nappa leather, galvanised steering wheel gearshift paddles, AMG sports pedals and AMG floor mats.
