The MobilityPlus feature will be the first of its kind in the auto financing industry.
MobilityPlus allows Mercedes-Benz passenger car owners to enjoy a replacement car when their vehicles are sent for routine servicing (including warranty claims) that require 48-hours or more.
Through MobilityPlus, customers will be provided with a Mercedes-Benz car as a temporary replacement while their vehicle is in the service centre.
Customers can select their preferred pick-up and drop off points.
The replacement vehicle will be made available to eligible customers within 24-hours of notification by the authorized Mercedes-Benz service centre.
A 20-day per year entitlement period is offered for the replacement car at no extra cost to the customer.
MobilityPlus will also have an extensive nationwide coverage, including Langkawi and Labuan.

With the introduction of MobilityPlus, Hire Purchase Classic Financing will be rebranded to FinanceCare - which spreads the overall ownership cost over a fixed term with value added features.
A new leasing product Lease@Ease (operating lease + service and maintenance) will also be introduced.
This is an all-in-one solution lease payment plan with value added services such as tyre and tims and comprehensive insurance with service and maintenance.
The MobilityPlus feature will also be included into Agility Financing (for new cars) and Young Star Agility Financing (MB certified cars).
The MobilityPlus coverage is on the first two year period for FinanceCare and Agility solutions and up to four year period for leasing solution depending on the lease tenure.
