KUALA LUMPUR: Michelin has rolled out the Agilis 3 into the commercial light truck tyre market, targeting conventional load customers involved in people and goods transportation activities.
Key technologies and features incorporated in Agilis 3 include: stone ejectors; horizontal bars in the tread groove, sidewall shields and full depth sipes.
The Agilis 3 has a reinforced casing and Michelin claims Agilis 3 promises shorter wet braking distance, superior mileage and lower fuel consumption than average competitors.
The new tyre is now available at Michelin’s authorised commercial light truck tyre dealers nationwide. All size ranges (including four new sizes), from 14- to 16-inch diameter, cover the entire light 1-to-3-ton load segment of Malaysia’s commercial light truck tyre market.
