With prices starting from RM700, there are 39 tyre sizes for wheels ranging from 17 to 23-inch and can be found at Tyreplus and all Michelin authorised dealers nationwide.
In terms of technology, the PS4 SUV has been specially developed with longevity, braking performance, dynamic handling and comfort in mind.
The tyre's new compound incorporates elastomers with thin silica to give it a better edge over its competitors.
During tests against its competitors, the tyre was able to complete a 1,050m circuit up to 5.06 seconds faster and brake up to 2.7m shorter on a wet track.
While testing on wet roads, the tyre was able to brake up to 4.9m shorter (new) and up to 8.5m shorter (worn) against its competitors.
The tyre boasts of a new asymmetrical groove design that helps heighten the rigidity of the tread pattern for better grip qualities during dynamic cornering.
It also uses a hybrid aramid-nylon belt for better steering response and driving precision.
In terms of durability, the French tyremaker touts that the tyre can last up to 13,000km more compared to other brands.
This is thanks to its rigid tread blocks and a high-density double casing ply for an increase in robustness against road shock damages.
