Owners can register their vehicle(s) on the app which is downloadable for free via Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
The app provides owners with the ability to schedule a vehicle service at a preferred MMM centre, keep track of the vehicle's maintenance history and even has an inbuilt reminder for an upcoming service.
Not to mention, the app also allows owners with immediate access to the company's 24-hour services that includes the Mitsubishi Assist customer care line, nationwide breakdown assistance and emergency services.
An ‘SOS’ is also available on the app and when activated, it will automatically track the user’s location with a GPS locator and the details will be verified by MMM’s customer service personnel before dispatching aid.
Furthermore, the app can help users locate the nearest Mitsubishi authorized dealer showroom and service centres with dealer information and navigation sync with the app as well as helping to keep owners up to date with the latest news and promotions, search for product information and allow for e-Brochures to be downloaded.
“With the Mitsubishi Connect mobile application, owners can adapt to the new normal by utilizing mobile technology to retrieve their vehicle and service information, as well as gain access to other functions and benefits at their fingertips no matter where they may be,” said MMM chief executive officer Tomoyuki Shinnishi.
