ALOR STAR: Naza Corporation Holdings sponsored a Kia Picanto as the lucky draw grand prize for the Hari Penjaja dan Peniaga Kecil 2019.

The Picanto is powered by a 1.248cc engine and the base variant is priced at around RM50,000. There is is sportier GT Line version that retails at nearly RM60,000.

The national-level event is organised by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs to honour and spur hawkers and small business owners to continue to contribute to the nation’s economy. It is being held from today until Saturday at Stadium Darul Aman here.

Naza said in a short statement that the Picanto was offered as a show of support towards nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit amongst local enterprises.

The handover ceremony was attended by minister Datuk Saifudin Nasution Ismail and Naza Corporation Holdings group executive chairman/CEO SM Nasarudin SM Nasimuddin.
