PETALING JAYA: The latest Isuzu 3S Centre in Taiping is offering residents and business operators in the Larut-Matang region with an array of professional sales, service and parts support for the Isuzu D-max and Isuzu mu-X models.
Officially launched by Isuzu Malaysia chief executive officer Kenji Matsuoka, the new Chuan Seng Isuzu 3S Centre offers a comprehensive Isuzu experience to the growing region of north-central Perak.
“Isuzu has introduced aftersales measures including Dispatch engineers for field service, streamlined policies for after sales processes, parts distribution and Service Training System. We believe these advanced support will greatly increase our customer’s satisfaction,” said Matsuoka.
Chuan Seng has 15 years of experience starting out with car service and repair in 2001, and has grown to become the sole Isuzu dealer here in Taiping.
The new Chuan Seng Isuzu 3S Centre is close to 7,000 sq-ft and offers a spacious service centre and a showroom boasting the latest Isuzu offerings, the Isuzu D-max and Isuzu mu-X.
Chuan Seng’s managing director Ng Cheng Chuan expressed his gratitude for having been appointed Isuzu’s dealer for the region.
