MELBOURNE: Independent automotive graphic designer Kleber Silva, from Sao Paulo, Brazil, had a go at rendering what he thinks the new Mazda BT-50 pick-up will look like, and it certainly looks like something that Mazda's “Soul of Motion” designers would be proud of.

The front end has the new prominent Mazda grille, and gives the pick-up a much more premium and stylish look compared with the current model, which was developed together with the Ford Ranger.



However, the new BT-50 will be based on the upcoming next-generation Isuzu D-Max pick-up.

Mazda will have its own design and styling for the BT-50 while the underlying architecture will come from the D-Max.
