As part of Sime Darby Motors City in Ara Damansara, the 4-storey centre drew inspiration from the brand’s Scandinavian-inspired ideals and heritage, and was built in adherence to Volvo Car’s retail standard – the Volvo Retail Experience (VRE).
It is the first 3S centre to have a VR Studio (Virtual Reality Studio) and a RATC Bay (Reception at The Counter).
The 3S centre features a showroom and service centre, and a car detailing area.
A wheel alignment and balancing zone is located on the fourth floor.
The centre is the first fully air-conditioned workshop in Malaysia.
An after-sales team of 18 people manages 14 repair and service bays, of which two are specifically for RATC Bays.
All customer parking bays have an Electric Vehicle Charger.
Volvo Ara Damansara is located at Block 6, Sime Darby Motors City,6 Jalan PJU 1A/7, Petaling Jaya.
Operation hours are from 8.30am to 6pm from Mondays to Fridays, from 9am to 6pm on Saturdays and 10am to 6pm on Sundays and public holidays.
The Service Centre opens from 8.30am to 5.30pm on Mondays to Fridays and from 8.30am to 12.45pm on Saturdays.
