The 3S outlet is operated by Ingress Swede Automobile Sdn Bhd.
The outlet comprises a showroom and a service centre that conforms to the Volvo Retail Experience standard.
With the opening of the Mutiara Damansara outlet, Volvo now has 12 dealerships nationwide, with three more to be opened by the end of this year.
Volvo Car Malaysia managing director Nalin Jain said he is focusing on revitalising the brand’s retail presence and overhaul existing technologies, processes, and people.
“We are looking at incorporating technologies and processes that adds value to our customers’ lives. Like our cars, everything we do must add meaning to the experiences of our customers – that is how we would like to impress them.”
"We are confident of delivering the brand experience that is expected by Volvo Cars customers as we have extensive experience in the premium automotive sector,” said Ingress Swede dealer principal Mohd Azeman Mohamed Akram Ab Rahman.
Volvo Car Malaysia said 2019 has been a good year, with the company registering over 60% year-on-year growth for the first half of the year. It said it expected to end the last quarter on a high note backed by new products in the pipeline.
