The RM15mil two-storey Next Generation Toyota Showroom concept replaces the previous showroom at Jalan Kebun Teh and is now located at 31, Jalan Tun Abdul Razak (Susur 5), Johor Baru.
“This showroom in Johor Bahru is the first UMWT’s showroom that features the Next Generation Toyota Showroom concept," said UMWT deputy chairman Akio Takeyama.
The new facility offers a stylish and comfortable lounge area, where customers can enjoy their coffee, surf the internet or browse through the product information via digital spec stands at their own leisure.
Other facilities include a children's playroom, display areas for vehicles, accessories and a lifestyle merchandise.

“With the new concept, our aim is for the showroom to be vibrant and more customers friendly so that people who came in for a visit would feel welcomed," said UMWT president Datuk Ismet Suki.
He also aded that the new facility is now a model outlet for the company with more showrooms and service centres to adopt the new look.
Apart from this showroom, UMWT has a 2S centre in Larkin and also three 3S centres run by its authorised dealer.
The company currently has a network of 97 sales and aftersales outlets (including dealers) throughout the nation.
