KUALA LUMPUR: With all its showrooms closed as a result of the movement control order (MCO), Edaran Tan Chong Motor has introduced a stop-gap measure to sell cars.

It announced today its Nissan Online Showroom on its official website www.nissan.com.my.

The online showroom basically allows a prospective customer to submit an online form for further sales enquiries or request for vehicle booking in a few clicks. Edaran Tan Chong Motor said a Nissan salesman would contact the person within 24 hours.

In addition, door-to-door test-drive appointments can be made post-MCO. All vehicle registrations and deliveries will resume progressively after the MCO is lifted.

The MCO period is from March 18 to April 28.
