PETALING JAYA: The new Nissan Z has been teased again before its official launch on Sept 16 and showed off new headlights and taillights and the rear placement of the Z badge.

For those who caught it, the design of the taillights pays homage to the 300ZX which made its debut in the early 1990s.

The new Z is set to look more modern than the 370Z which came out in 2009.

While there's no specifications yet, the new Z could be powered by a 3.0 liter V6 engine with a six-speed transmission. Whether it comes in manual or automatic or both we'll just have to wait and see which won't be long now..

The new Nissan Z is expected to go on sale in 2021.
