KUALA LUMPUR: Waze and Petron have teamed up to offer a service that helps drivers navigate their way out of a jam and into the nearest Petron stations to refuel their cars and refresh themselves.

Petron is the first company in Malaysia to use Waze's Favourite Brands function for users to select "Petron" as their preferred brand.

All users have to do is search for the closest Petron station, tap into its location page and tap on the heart icon placed at the centre of the page. And then they are on the way to their destination.
