PETALING JAYA: Nasim, the official distributor of the Peugeot brand in Malaysia, continues its on-going nationwide network expansion with the opening of its latest 4S (sales, service, spare parts and spray paint) centre in Kajang today.

The new RM2.5mil centre in Kajang will help serve several corners of the Klang Valley, including Petaling Jaya, Bandar Baru bangi, Baru 9 Cheras, Beranang, Hulu Langat, Semenyih, Seri Kembangan, UKM Bangi, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya.

The 43rd Peugeot outlet is a 12,000 square feet centre, which features a body and paint facility, 13 bays to accommodate up to 30 vehicles per day and a comfortable lounge area with free WiFi.

According to Nasim chief operating officer Datuk Samson Anand George, the number of vehicles Peugeot vehicles registered in Kajang and its nearby vicinity were recorded at 2,192 and growing and that in 2014, 47% of sales came from the Klang Valley alone.

“The setting up of more Peugeot centres will ensure sustainable sales growth with the support of innovative services and availability of parts at competitive pricing,” he said.

There are currently a total of 43 Peugeot outlets nationwide and the opening of the new 4S centre follows the launch of a 3S centre in Taiping, a 1S showroom in Petaling Jaya and a 2S centre in Klang.

With a target to sell 4,200 units annually, the company is now planning to open another outlet in East Malaysia by the end of this year as well as a new dedicated body and paint centre in Puchong that’s currently being built.

All Peugeot models come with a five-year warranty with unlimited mileage as well as Nasim’s 24-hour Peugeot Assistance service, complimentary access to the Peugeot Lounge at Subang Airport and the Peugeot Privilege membership.
