The compact SUV has a new 3.0-litre V6 turbocharged petrol engine that has been up-tuned with an increase of 14hp and 20Nm compared to its predecessor, which means power is now rated at 354hp with maximum torque at 480Nm.
Standard features include a full LED lighting system, 14-way powered seats, comfort lighting package, Power Steering Plus, Park Assist including reversing camera, automatic dimming mirrors and a BOSE surround sound system.
Included in the latest facelift is a three-dimensional rear LED lightbar. The headlights are LED as standard, and the optional Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS Plus) system can be used to control light distribution adaptively.
The new Porsche Communication Management (PCM) now features a 10.9-inch full-HD touchscreen that includes mobile phone connection, two audio interfaces and intelligent voice control.

With the chassis rolling on staggered tyres, the Macan S is further equipped with Porsche Traction Management (PTM) for its all-wheel-drive system to boost its dynamic driving properties.
The Porsche Active Stability Management (PASM) active damper control system, which has been modified to adapt to the new model’s features, has a height-adjustable air suspension with optimised rolling pistons and new shock absorber hydraulics.
The Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus) system is optionally available to improve driving dynamics and handling even further.
